Stuart Bradley

Stuart Bradley, MS, CCC-SLP ΣΚΑ
Owner & Founder, Carolina Speech Pathology, LLC
Stuart is a University of Redlands graduate who has been a practicing Speech-Language
Pathologist since 1992. He founded CSP in 1996 in order to bring FEES services to
patients’ bedside. He is an accomplished geek specializing in software and TV
production. Has an unnatural interest in spatulas and thinks himself very clever.

 

 

 

 

Cindy Bradley

Cindy Bradley, RN, BSN, RCD*
Operations & Finance
Has worked her entire professional career in the field of healthcare.  Her current role
entails oversight of the daily financial operations of Carolina Speech Pathology, LLC.
Cindy is a running enthusiast, and specializes in coupon utilization.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristin Waltman

Kristin Waltman MS, CCC-SLP
Director, Clinical Services
Has been a practicing SLP for 12 years, working with adults and specializing in
traumatic brain injury.  Kristin has an extensive dysphagia background, and has been
performing FEES since 1999. She enjoys working for CSP because everybody is
passionate about providing quality care to patients. Kristin is completely freaked out by
mustard and can’t even allow it to touch her skin.

 

 

 

 

Randy Aguero

Randy Agüero, RCD* ΣΚΑ
Director, Business Development
Randy is a former Army officer, and University of Redlands grad with experience in
the pharmaceutical/ biotech/ medical device industries.  He has been leading successful
sales and marketing teams since 2000.  He joined CSP in 2008 and is directing the
sales team, as well as the expansion of the company into new markets.  He enjoys
family time, politics, travel and the gym. This meathead is known to many as “Squish”
and has abnormally good looking feet.

 

 

 

Selena HelmsSelena Helms, MS, CCC-SLP
Endoscopist
A Graduate from UNC Chapel Hill in 2003, Selena has worked in hospital settings with
with extensive FEES and MBS experience.  She joined CSP in 2009 and enjoys
working here because improving patient’s quality of life is a priority.  Her other interests
include: music, yoga, travel, and most importantly, her furry children (2 dogs).

 

 

 

 

Rachel Hatteberg

Rachel Hatteberg, MS, CCC-SLP
Endoscopist
Rachel attended the University of Kentucky for both undergraduate and graduate
school. She has been administering FEES and MBS with dysphagia patients since
graduating in 2007. She is fun loving and adventurous with trips to South America and
crazy dangerous hiking expeditions into craters of active volcanos. Rachel is also
allergic to bananas and hates the feeling of cotton balls.

 

 

 

 

Holly Garrett

Holly Garrett MS, CCC-SLP
Endoscopist
Started working with dysphagia patients in long-term care, rehab, and acute care
settings in 2008, and joined Carolina Speech Pathology in 2011. Holly enjoys working
with the other professionals at CSP because it’s a small company which allows
everyone to be focused on the same goal: serving our clients and their patients. She
enjoys anything creative, traveling, and being on the water.

 

 

 

 

Taylor ParrishTaylor Parrish, MSEd, CCC-SLP
Endoscopist
Graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.  She has been performing FEES for over two years in an acute care setting which gave her an extensive background with trach and vent patients.  She recently got married in June of 2011 and is particularly fond of her SOB Yorkie (“Sir Oliver Buckely”).  She satisfies her competitive nature by being really, really into kickball.

 

 

 

 

Emily Emily Cannavaro, MS, CCC-SLP
Endoscopist
Emily received her MS degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Since that time she has worked in skilled nursing facilities and hospital acute & outpatient settings. Prior to working as an SLP endoscopist she specialized in dysphagia diagnostics, working with Oral Head and Neck cancer patients. She has been known to ride in sheep rodeos and impress Bolivian locals by chugging chicha.

 

 

 

 

Leslie Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP (picture coming soon!)
Endoscopist
Leslie has been working with dysphagia patients for over eight years and been
performing both FEES and MBS during that entire time.  She enjoys the flexibility of the
job with CSP, and of course, the patients. Leslie eats more condiments than actual food at her meals.

Deanna Smith, MS, CCC-SLP (picture coming soon!)
Endoscopist
Deanna attended East Carolina University, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has been a practicing SLP for 9 years specializing in dysphagia, stroke, trach/vent and traumatic brain injury in acute care and rehab settings. Deanna has been performing FEES for 4 years   now. Being from the coast, she enjoys the beach and water sports, but is extremely terrified of jellyfish.

Scott Sexton

Scott Sexton, RCD*
Sales Specialist
Received his BS in Sport Management from Barry University in Miami, FL. In addition to his studies, Scott also played baseball for the university. Working at CSP gives him
great fulfillment because it’s a very dynamic and fun company culture.  His hobbies
include going to the gym and FOOD! Even though he moves his lips when he reads, he
very much wants people to know he’s more than just a piece of meat.

 

 

 

 

Zach Rutledge

Zach Rutledge, RCD* ΣΚΑ
Sales Specialist
Zach graduated from the University of Redlands in 2004 with a degree in Government. He has been in sales and sales management since 2005 and recently joined the CSP team in 2010. Outside of work, Zach enjoys flying, scuba diving and traveling. Zach likes to mention that he is a part of the same college fraternity as Randy and Stuart, just decades later.
